In what ways to the boys eat differently than average Americans?

The are not friendly. Why do merchants file a complain with the police? 
They feel to intimidated when they are in big groups. How are the lost boys feeling 1 year in America?
It is difficult because they aren't in large groups and they are kind of lonely.
